Welcome to The Caves by Craftels, a uniquely designed boutique stay in the heart of the city. Guests are kindly requested to cooperate with our staff by completing all check-in and check-out formalities and providing valid identification upon arrival. Each room at The Caves by Craftels is designed to accommodate a maximum of two guests, offering privacy and peace of mind. To maintain a tranquil atmosphere for all our visitors and neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask you to refrain from playing loud music, especially after 10:00 PM, as the property prioritizes calm and relaxation.
Please note that The Urban Caves is not a pet-friendly property. We request guests not to bring any pets along. Parties are also not permitted within the premises; however, we do offer separate venues such as dedicated farmhouses or event spaces for celebrations or group gatherings.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms to maintain a fresh and healthy indoor environment. We also encourage all guests to keep the premises clean and avoid littering to preserve the charm and aesthetics of the property.
Our boutique hotel spans the 2nd to 5th floors, with our signature cave-style accommodations located on the 3rd and 4th floors. For an added experience, guests can enjoy the exclusive movie theater on the 5th floor. Please note that all areas are accessible only via stairs, and amenities such as add-ons or extra facilities are subject to availability during your stay.
