5.1.3. Hosts: Information necessary to facilitate transactions and partnerships.
5.1.4. Downstream Partners/Third Parties : We may share necessary property details (including but not limited to property address, descriptions, images, availability, and pricing) with our downstream partners or other third parties to facilitate marketing, distribution, and operational support of Listings.
5.1.5. Service Providers: Third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services for us or on our behalf, such as payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, and customer service. These service providers are obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was shared.
5.1.6. Business Partners: With business partners to offer you certain products, services, or promotions.
5.1.7. Legal and Regulatory Authorities: When legally required, such as in response to a court order, subpoena, or government request, or to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
5.1.8. Affiliates/Acquisition: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.
