Cancellation Policy

At Solis Nature B.V., we provide a platform connecting guests and property owners. Cancellation and refund policies for bookings are defined by the individual property owners. By making a booking on our platform, you agree to adhere to the cancellation and refund terms specified by the respective property owner.


Host Cancellations

Cancellation Fee: If a host cancels a confirmed booking, a fee equivalent to 30% of the original booking amount will be deducted from the host’s upcoming bookings.

Deduction Process: This deduction will continue from future bookings until the full fee is redeemed.

Commitment: Hosts are expected to honor their confirmed reservations unless prevented by unforeseen circumstances as outlined below.


  1. Property Owner's Cancellation Policy
  • Each property owner sets their own cancellation and refund terms, which are displayed on the listing page.
  • Guests must review and agree to the property's policy before confirming a booking.
  • Property owners may offer flexible, moderate, or strict cancellation policies, including partial or full refunds based on the timing of the cancellation.

  1. Refund Process
  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the property owner's policy.
  • Once a refund is approved by the property owner, it will be processed within the timeframe specified by them.
  • Payment processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
  • A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds processed through our platform.

  1. Modifications & Early Checkouts
  • Changes to a booking, including modifications or early checkouts, are subject to the property owner's policies.
  • Additional charges may apply if changes affect the duration of stay or services included.

  1. No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellations
  • If a guest fails to check in or cancels at the last minute, the refund (if any) will be determined by the property owner's policy.
  • Some property owners may enforce a no-refund policy for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

  1. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances
  • In cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or travel restrictions, cancellation and refund policies will be determined by the property owner.
  • Guests are encouraged to communicate directly with the property owner for exceptional cases.

  1. Disputes & Support
  • If you believe a cancellation or refund has not been handled according to the stated policy, you may contact our support team at support@solisnature.com.
  • We act as an intermediary but do not have final authority over refunds, as they are determined by the property owner.

  1. Changes to This Policy
  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
