• Host: Users listing properties for short-term stays.

• Guest: Users booking properties through our platform.

• Listing: A property advertised for rent on our platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.

• By using our services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into agreements.

3. Account Registration

• Users must create an account to list or book properties.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Listing & Booking

Hosts:

• Hosts must provide accurate property descriptions, pricing, and availability.

• Hosts are responsible for complying with local laws, including tax and safety regulations.

Guests:
Guests agree to abide by the property’s house rules.

• Guests must pay the full booking amount as per the payment terms.

5. Payments & Fees

• Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider.

• We charge service fees for bookings, which are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Refunds and cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary per listing and are displayed before booking.

• Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy selected by the Host.

• Service fees are generally non-refundable.

7. User Conduct

• Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, harassment, or illegal behavior.

• We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating our policies.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• We act as an intermediary and do not own or manage any listed properties.

• We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during a stay.

• Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Indemnification

• Users agree to indemnify and hold Solis Naturals B.V. harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of our services.

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

• Users may delete their accounts at any time, but outstanding obligations remain.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

• Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in courts located in The Netherlands.

12. Remarketing & Data Sharing

• We reserve the right to act as remarketers for all properties listed by Hosts on our platform.

• Property listing data, including descriptions and images, may be shared with third-party vendors for marketing and promotional purposes.

13. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
