The property features two private rooms—one air-conditioned and one air-cooled—each measuring 12x12 ft and fitted with a queen-size bed, attached washroom (36 sq ft), 32" TV (use your A/C), geyser, towels, and liquid soap. While there’s no kitchen in the rooms, delicious homemade meals can be ordered from the on-site kitchen. Please note, decoration inside rooms is not allowed, and Aadhar card verification is mandatory for all guests.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a beautifully maintained private lawn (40x80 ft) and a refreshing freshwater pool (30x10 ft, 3–4 ft deep). The space is designed for calm and comfort, with free Wi-Fi, parking, and a generator backup available for uninterrupted light and fan use. Silent hours are observed between 12 am and 7 am to maintain the tranquil ambiance, and music is allowed only through small Bluetooth speakers.

The property accommodates a maximum of four guests (two per room). It's ideal for couples, small families, or peaceful friend getaways. Alcohol is allowed in moderation (up to 1 litre), but any unruly behavior, loud noise, or narcotics use is strictly prohibited. Guests must call the caretaker before leaving, and the main gate is closed after midnight for security.
