→ We strongly condemn the illegal practice of prostitution and drugs. Any suspicion would be immediately reported to the local police.
→ The number of guests should not exceed the count mentioned at time of booking, at any time during the stay. Please inform about any travelling staff too.
→ ID’s of all guests to be given before the arrival
→ No Loud Music. Since, we are in the hills- we humbly urge the visitors/ guests to respect the locals by controlling the music volume. No Loud music after 10 pm in the outdoors, you can still enjoy the music after 10 pm inside the property by minimalising the volume decibel.
→ No smoking indoors. You can smoke only in the outdoors.
→ All bookings will be confirmed via 100% advance payment only at least 30 days prior to travel date.
→ No visitors or guests allowed after the booking is confirmed. Extra people will be allowed and charges for visitors and guests will be applied, only if prior information has been given and agreed by the host.
Extra visitor charges are: 500 per person
Extra guests charges are: 1000 per person
Anyone above the age of 5 yrs will be charged.
→ Ancillary services like bonfire, bbq, decorations, etc. can be arranged at an extra cost.
→ Breakages or damage of home items will be charged according to the item.
→ Pets fees is fixed at 1000 per night per pet. They are NOT allowed on the bed, couch or the pool. Please carry their bed, food, utensils, etc.
Penalty of 5k or more to be charged if any damages are found such as dog hair on the sheets/ sofa/ etc.
Guests need to provide a refundable security deposit of 10k on check-in
