The space
No. of Bedrooms: 2

Bedrooms:
Both the Bedrooms Room Size is 15' x 13'. It has one king-size bed with large side tables. The bedside lamps are with reading lights. The bay window is equipped with a sitting cum sleeping arrangement. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms. Other furniture in the bedrooms are Cupboard, Study Table, and a luggage rack. Please note that there is no TV in the bedrooms. Though there is one in the attic.

Living Room:
The living Room Size is approx. 17' x 13'. It has a 5 Seater Comfortable Sofa

Dining Area:
The dining Area Size is approx. 15' x 10'. The dining area is attached to the living room. It has a large pinewood dining table with six seats.

Attic:
The attic Size is approx. 42' x 13'. It is a large area. We have a TV in the attic with a comfortable three-seater sofa. There are two single beds also available in the attic with on-demand floor mattresses. The attic is floored with solid pinewood. The attic also has an attached bathroom.

Kitchen:
Kitchen access is not provided to the guests. We have a cook/ caretaker who will prepare all meals for you.

Non-Veg: 500 per person (1 Chicken dish, 1 Veg Subzi, Roti/ Rice, Salad)

Garden:
The garden can be used for outdoor sitting and food. There is a Tandoor installed in the garden area. We also have a small Fruit Orchard with approx. 30 peach and apple trees

Guest access
Guests can access the entire cottage.
This place is accessible by car/ any other vehicle. The car reaches the cottage, there are a few steps (2-3) to enter the garden from the parking spot and another 3-4 steps to enter the cottage.
Other things to note
- We have CCTV camera in the kitchen which is essentially not the part of the cottage. And we have CCTV in the garden area.

P.S.
1. Same dishes for the entire group (for all meals).
2. Please confirm the food menu at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date.
3. Check in: 2 PM onwards & Check out: 11 AM sharp.
4. No Smoking inside the cottage!
5. The number of guests shouldn't exceed the actual guests at the time of booking.
6. No Loud music outside the cottage.
7. No plucking of flowers or fruits.
8. Request you to adhere to the house rules and timings for food, check-in and check-out. We will be happy to see you treating the property and the team with respect, same will be reciprocated.
9. Our staff will be available during the meal time and house-keeping time only:
Breakfast: 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Lunch: 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM
Dinner: 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Incase of multiple nights booking, Breakfast after 10 am will be charged. Our team will retire at 10 PM.
10. Guests are not allowed in the kitchen.
11. This place is not ideal for stags (all boys group), we will cancel the booking if found all stags have booked the place.
12. All bookings are non-refundable.

- You can get your supplies and ask the caretaker to cook for you. The kitchen access is only provided to the guests who are staying for more than 2 weeks, the kitchen usage charge is Rs. 1k/day.
- Kitchen isn't available for self-cooking for short-term stay.

Bonfire is available at an additional cost of Rs. 500/-

Maid and Driver will be charged on an “Extra Bed” basis in a room outside the house in shared accommodation. We have a room that opens outside of the cottage. It's actually an office-cum-store where we provide accommodation to the drivers usually.
We charge Rs. 1k a night for the same.
