Some things to note:
- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.
- Pets are not allows in the property
- There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours.
- This villa is located in a gated community. Hence, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property.
- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
- Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily, they will be chargeable.
- Breakfast cooking is included in the stay. Groceries will be charged at actuals. For additional meals, we can provide Chef On Call on a chargeable basis.
