The villa features 4 spacious rooms spread across 3 floors with ceiling height as high as 15 feet in the master bedroom, along with 8*4 white tiles, Kohler rose gold fittings, 10 feet high windows, Siemens appliances and tinted glass wardrobes etc.

Accessible by both stairs and a lift, each room boasts its own charm. The master suite is a private haven with a luxurious terrazzo bathroom and a fabulous terrace overlooking the pool and lush Siolim fields.

Our hospitality redefines luxury with a personal butler, housekeeper, and a skilled chef to pamper you with a lavish, curated breakfast. Breakfast is served as a set cuisine (not separate options per guest). Evening tea/coffee is included; however, any snacks requested with it will be chargeable.

A: Our check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is based on availability and may include an extra charge. If you need to store your luggage after check-out, please get in touch with us.

Q: Is there housekeeping available?
A: Yes, there will be a housekeeping service available at your convenience. To respect your privacy, please let the caretaker know when you'd like your villa to be cleaned.

Q: What is the maximum occupancy for the villa?
A: The villa is designed for 8 guests, but can accommodate 10-12 guests. Extra guests over 8 will be charged INR 1500 per night, per person.

Q: How can I arrange for Groceries and Alcohol?
A: Swiggy Instamart is operational in the area, and you can get groceries delivered to the apartment.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: We take a security deposit of Rs. 20000 upon check-in, which is refundable upon check-out*. The security deposit for a longer stay will be higher.
- To maintain the integrity of the property, we kindly ask that guests refrain from using decoration items that could cause damage.
- We strictly enforce a no-drugs policy and do not tolerate any illegal or objectionable activities that could cause concern.
