Tara's Riverside farm is truly a haven for party animals and those who are looking for a private and peaceful stay.

Whether it is a night stay, birthday party, bachelor party, pool party, or any other type of event, we are ready to host all these.

It's a 4 BHK farmhouse Green Beauty Farms in Noida sector 135 with 3 full bathrooms and a common toilet in the living area.

The things that make it different from all other farms are:- a fully equipped kitchen, a half-covered pool, a balcony, 2 terraces & its location, which makes it very private and safe for everyone.

As I said above, it's a 4 BHK, out of which there is AC in 2 bedrooms and living area while the 3rd & 4th bedroom does not have ACs but a fan and it's attached to a spacious balcony.

The music system in the living area is a BOAT soundbar and can be played throughout the night without any restrictions.

There are 2 gardens on the farm, 1 is a mini garden area and the other one is a big party lawn where a gathering of up to 120 guests could be organized easily.

There is free wifi across the farm and a 43" HD TV in the living area which can be connected to the music system as well.

The special feature of the bedrooms is that we have windows in each bedroom which allow a lot of sunlight and fresh air to enter into the bedroom.

The entire farmhouse would be yours without any disturbance.
Other things to note
♣Some details that you must know are:-
1. Bonfire is charged 200 RS per hour.
2. DJ is allowed to play till 10 pm only.
3. Liquor made for sale in Haryana only is allowed at the premises.
4. AC in 3 bedrooms and living area only.
5. Pool usage time is from 3 pm to 7 am only.
6. Late checkout fee is applicable i.e 1500/hr
7. Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am.
8. The property is a farmhouse, please do not expect hotel-like facilities.
9. Zomato and Swiggy are accessible, and cabs are also accessible but sometimes they might not be so please keep an alternate option for cabs.
10. Please take care of children in or near the pool area, the staff or property owner would not be responsible for any injury, if happens
11. There is no stuff that couldn't be arranged but please let us know in advance in case if you have any special requests.
12. There are 4 double beds and 4 extra mattresses, if you need some more sleeping arrangements, it would be charged as 700/ guest.
13. Pool would be closed in winter, only accessible on special requests.
