Other things to note
(For June till October) :
Mountain cottages in the middle of the forest/apple orchard are prone to insects/spiders. Although we regularly get pest control done and we frequently put insect/spider repellant in the rooms still one can have a brief encounter with the harmless.

Any kind of damages done to in-house things (Gadgets/Equipment/Crockery/Glass/Furniture/Structural/Plants/Indoor Plants/Dispensers/Electronics/Games/Hammock/Books/Etc) will be charged in full.
-No Plucking (Flowers/Fruits) in and around the property.
-We generally don't allow dirty/wet shoes inside the Villa, we do provide house slippers for all the guests.
-Deep cleaning/Dry cleaning charges will be borne by the guests in case of any temporary/permanent/wine/oil/Hukkah/Coal stains.
Common Area/Community Room Rules :
-This area can be accessed 24 hours.
-Volume Limitations to 60% post 1 AM in the night till 8 AM.
-No Extra guests allowed post 11 PM.
-No Pets in this room (We have a lot of rugs and carpets installed here)
-No Shoes (Guest can use slippers)
-Under CCTV Coverage
