Farmhouse Mankulam is village decor basic facilities farmhouse with local cuisine meals included in the stay package. You can reach the property in your own vehicle however most of the sightseeing attractions has top be discovered in a Jeep, as most of the sites are off from normal roads. We run this gated compound with local participation as part of responsible tourism initiatives and thus not a resort-hotel service model. Valid ID Proof is required at the time of check-in of all members as per Tourism, Police & Forest Departments who may inspect such supporting documents. Staff are available for services from 7:00 AM till 11 PM, we offer facilities like home party speakers for light music, campfire, BBQ facilities etc., on request shall be provided until 11 PM. DJ Parties, Late Night Gatherings & any such activities at any point of time that may affect the harmony of the village or cause harm to neighbors or forest zone is not permitted as per local rules. We run on Solar Power Back-up along with State Electricity supply for lights, fans & basic appliances thus we request you to save energy as there may be prolonged & unplanned power outages. We offer limited AC Rooms at extra charges that will work from State Electricity supply only, during outages Solar Back-Up works for basic lights & fans.
