ou’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.

Couple only permitted

You will notice that it’s a quiet and serene neighborhood. So please be mindful of the noise levels during your stay.

Please do not shout or make any loud noises. No personal boom boxes are allowed.

Once you’ve returned after a stroll on the beach please use the hand shower to wash your feet before getting back in the house.

After a swim in the beach, please take a moment to wash of the sand and wash yours self under our “Averrhoa billimbi shower” in our garden.

Hot water is available 24/7 with instant water heaters through tap and showers. Please remember to turn off the switch after you’ve finished your bath.

Wet sofas and wet beds are uncomfortable for you and me, so please don’t leave wet clothes and towels on them.

I would be thankful if you could avoid drinking in the beach and public areas, please enjoy the indoor common areas and balcony’s in the house to enjoy food and drink.
