Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and checkout is before 11:00 AM.
The primary Guest must be at least 18 years old to check into the property.
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in, and ensure everyone above 18 years of
age in your group is carrying such a valid photo ID during check-in.
Foreign nationals shall present a passport with a valid Indian visa, including photocopies of the passport and visa
pages during check-in.
Early check-ins or late checkouts can be requested for an additional charge, but are subject to availability. If you
do not check out by 11:00 AM and we are unable to prepare the room for the next guests, you may need to
cover any expense/loss incurred due to such delay.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit will be required at check-in to cover any unpaid expenses, damages,
missing items, or food-related charges. If the total charges exceed the deposit, guests will be asked to settle the
remaining balance before check-out. We can hold on to (not return) the security deposit until every guest staying at the
property has submitted their ID proof.
Guest Responsibilities: Kindly follow the house rules communicated by the Viraalay team in addition to these terms and
conditions.
The use of loudspeakers is allowed only with prior permission and its usage is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM.
Maintain cleanliness at all times and report any problems or damages to Viraalay team. Avoid causing damage to the
property or its contents. Recovery cost for any damage will be charged as deemed fit by team Viraalay.
Do not store any dangerous items that may pose a risk of damage. Possession of firearms, illegal drugs, or any
prohibited substances is strictly prohibited in the property.
Pets are not allowed at our properties.
Treat fellow guests and the staff of Viraalay with respect and courtesy.
Return room keys or access cards upon checkout.
Leave the rooms in good condition and refrain from relocating any furniture, equipment, artifact or linen.
Caretaker Services: Our caretaker will assist with basic cleaning but may not be available all day. Daily cleaning is mandatory,
and guests are expected to cooperate with the housekeeping staff.
Smoking or Spitting Tobacco, Paan & Paan Masala: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. It is only allowed
in designated outdoor areas, such as verandas, balconies, gardens, and terraces; a cleaning fee of INR 10,000 will be charged for
violations, along with any damage costs. Spitting of Tobacco, Paan, and Paan Masala is also strictly prohibited throughout the
premises, with a cleaning fee of INR 10,000 for violations.
Outsiders/Visitors: Visitors are not permitted without prior permission from team Viraalay. If a Guest wishes to invite nonresidents, they must submit their id & agree to additional terms and costs.
Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs to the Viraalay team immediately. No refunds will be made for maintenance
issues such as outages of electricity, gas, water, cable, internet, or telephone services, as they are mostly third party services.
Lost, Stolen, or Abandoned Articles: We cannot be held responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Guest are requested to kindly take care of their valuables
Insects and Other Animals: For your comfort and safety, kindly keep doors and windows closed to prevent insects or
animals from entering, especially at properties surrounded by nature
Caution during Monsoons: Some outdoor furniture and areas might get off-limits due to the rainy season.
Swimming Pool Rules and Guidelines:
Supervision: Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Diving: Guests
are advised not to dive in the pool; we shall not be liable for injuries resulting from diving.
Alcohol Consumption: Guests are responsible for their own safety and behavior when consuming alcohol. Viraalay is
not liable for any accidents or injuries related to alcohol consumption.
Health Conditions: Guests with open wounds, skin infections, or contagious diseases are advised not to use the pool.
Pool Equipment: Do not tamper with any pool equipment or safety devices.
Hygiene: Guests should shower before entering the pool and follow the necessary hygiene. Broken Glass: Avoid using
glass containers in the pool area. Viraalay is not liable for any injuries caused by broken glass. In case of an incident
where any glass material is found broken in or around the pool, the swimming pool will be closed till c/out as a
part of safety protocol.
Privacy: We respect the confidentiality of all private information related to Guests. However, information required by law may
be shared with local authorities as necessary.
Cruelty-Free Zone: We avoid using single use plastic & strictly follow our vegetarian policy by not serving non-vegetarian
food or drinks, and guests are kindly requested not to bring or consume any non-vegetarian items on the premises.
