This thoughtfully planned home features two well-appointed bedrooms — one master bedroom with an attached ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with access to a separate common bathroom within the apartment. The apartment is located in the popular area of Assagao and it's not too far from the famous restaurants of North Goa. It's in a building complex called JD Enclave.
Guest can use common pool during the day time and common parking to park their vehicles.
Other things to note
The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. However, if there is anything additional required, please contact the host.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has mandatory stairs.

Policies :-
TARIFF – The tariff is for the entire 2BHK space only.
SETTLEMENT OF BILLS – Taxi bills, food bills, or any other additional bills must be settled upon presentation.
CHECK-IN – Please provide a valid Government ID card / Passport (for foreign nationals) upon arrival (or share via email if the caretaker is unavailable). Any balance payment must be deposited at the time of check-in. A refundable damage deposit of ₹5,000 is mandatory and will be refunded at checkout, subject to inspection.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT – Check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in at 11 AM is possible subject to availability.
DEPARTURE – Kindly inform the caretaker in advance if you wish to extend your stay beyond 11 AM. Extensions are subject to availability at ₹500 per hour. For longer extensions, the full day’s tariff will apply.
GUEST BELONGINGS – Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Kindly lock the rooms before leaving the premises. Management will not be responsible for any loss or misplacement.
INCLUSIONS – 2BHK air-conditioned apartment, linens and towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils, basic necessity items, tea/coffee refills, water, and pool access.
LINENS & TOWELS – Bed linens and towels are changed every third day from the date of check-in. A washing machine is available if required. Additional changes can be arranged on request at ₹300 per room (one bedsheet, two pillow covers, two hand towels, and two bath towels).
PETS – Pets are allowed at ₹500 per pet per night. If the pet fee has already been charged, any balance amount can be adjusted at checkout.
LOUD MUSIC – Not allowed, as there are neighbors around. We do not wish to cause any disturbance.
ELECTRICITY & WATER SUPPLY – Supply is generally uninterrupted but may occasionally face outages. In such cases, management is not responsible as it is a common supply issue. The apartment has inverter backup; however, air conditioners will not function during a power cut.
APARTMENT AMENITIES – The kitchen is available for guests’ convenience. Any groceries, oil, spices, or cooking ingredients must be arranged by the guests. Extra bed /person charges are ₹1,000 per person.
HAZARDOUS GOODS – Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poison, drugs, and pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY – Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them or their group members. Any breakage or missing items will be charged as per actuals.
MISCONDUCT – Any misconduct, nuisance, or loud behavior will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the premises in such cases. We expect guests to be respectful towards the property, caretaker, and management.
POOL – Pool access timings are from 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM as per society rules. Kindly follow society norms and wear proper swimwear.
BREAKFAST – Not included.
SMOKING – Smoking is not allowed indoors, only on the balcony. Always use an ashtray and do not throw the buds anywhere in or around the premises. Cleaning Fine of INR 2,000/- is applicable for non-compliance.
LONG STAYS – For bookings over 28 days, electricity will be charged separately at ₹7 per unit as per consumption.
MOSQUITO ADVISORY – We recommend closing windows and doors between 6 PM to 8 PM to prevent mosquitoes from entering. Our staff can assist if required.
Room No 1 Room Size: Standard | Bed Size: Queen Bed | Bedroom Detail: The master bedroom is designed for comfort and calm, featuring a plush bed with soft linens, warm ambient lighting, and tasteful modern décor. Large windows allow natural light to pour in while offering soothing green views. It includes an attached ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.
Room No 2 Room Size: Standard | Bed Size: Queen Bed | Bedroom Detail: The second bedroom is equally inviting with a cozy bed, elegant furnishings, and a bright airy feel. Subtle décor accents and ample storage create a comfortable and practical space for guests. It is conveniently located near the common bathroom, making it ideal for family or friends sharing the apartment.
The tariff applies to the entire 2BHK apartment.
Valid Government ID or passport is mandatory at check in.
Standard check in is 2 PM and check out is 11 AM. Early check in at 11 AM is subject to availability.
A refundable security deposit of ₹5000 is required at check in and will be returned after inspection at check out.
Guests must settle taxi, food or any additional service bills upon presentation.
Bed linens and towels are changed every third day. Mid stay replacement is available at ₹350 per room.
Extra bed is available at ₹1000 per person per night.
Pets are allowed at ₹500 per pet per night.
Pool access is permitted from 8 AM to 8 PM as per society rules. Proper swimwear is mandatory.
Loud music, parties and nuisance are strictly not allowed as there are neighboring residences.
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and around the pool. Please use the balconies for smoking.
Kitchen is fully equipped but groceries, oil and spices must be arranged by guests.
During power cuts the inverter supports basic utilities but air conditioners will not function.
For stays longer than 28 days electricity will be charged at ₹7 per unit based on consumption.
