The airport is 30 minutes away. The buses stop at GMC or the closest bus stand shall be Kadamba bus stand - Panjim.
If mentioned prior, we can also arrange for pick up and drop off on an extra charge.
There is hot water in the washroom 24x7.

Policies :-
1. TARIFF – The tariff is for the entire 2bhk space only. The standard occupancy for our 2BHK accommodations is determined to be four individuals. Individuals above 5 years of age will be considered as an additional person under this policy. A charge of INR 1000 will be levied per additional person above the standard occupancy limit.
2. SETTLEMENT OF BILLS – Taxi Bills/Food Bills or any other bills must be settled on presentation.
3. CHECK IN – Please provide a valid Government ID Card/Passport (for foreign nationals) upon arrival (either to be shared on email if the caretaker is not around). Balance payments must be deposited at the time of check in.
4. Check In – Check Out – Check in time is 2Pm and Check out time is 11am. Early check in at 11am is possible as per availability.
5. DEPARTURE – Kindly inform the caretaker prior incase you wish to extend the stay beyond 11am. The extension shall be given as per the availability @ INR 1000/- per hour or one can pay the entire day’s tariff for a longer extension.
6. GUEST’s BELONGINGS – Guests are requested to look after their belongings. Kindly lock the rooms before leaving the premises and take responsibility of your own belongings as no one will be held responsible if something misplaces.
7. Inclusions – 2bhk air conditioned apartment, linens and towels, toiletries, kitchen - utensils, basic necessity items. water refills. Pool access.
8. LINENS & TOWELS – Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day from the date of check in. There is a washing machine incase one needs to wash the towels. The bed linen and towels scan be changed on request in between & shall be chargeable @ INR 300/- per room (one bed sheet, two pillow covers, one duvet cover, two hand towels and two towels)

10. LOUD MUSIC – Not Allowed as there are neighbors around. We'd not want to be the cause of disturbance to anyone.
11. ELECTRICITY & WATER SUPPLY – The supply is generally permanent, but can sometimes happen to have an accident or suspension. In case there is no electricity, the management isn’t responsible as the cut off shall be a common problem for all. The apartment is backed up by an inverter but no air conditioners work during a cut off.
12. Apartment AMENITIES – Kindly note the kitchen is available for our guest’s convenience, any eatables/Spices/Oil required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves. Extra bed is INR 1500/- per person.
13. HAZARDOUS GOODS – Gambling, Contraband, Prostitution, Weapons, Explosives, Flammable Objects, Poison, Drugs & Pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises.
14. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY – The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them or their group members. Any breakage or something missing shall be chargeable as per actuals. (Kindly ask the owners for the charges)
15. MISCONDUCT – Any misconduct or nuisance or loud behavior shall not be tolerated in the homestay, incase this happens the management has full right to ask the guest to vacate the space. We expect our guests to be respectful towards us, the caretaker and the space and we will definitely resonate the same from our end.
16. POOL- Access timing for these facilities is from 8am-8pm as per the society rules. The supervisor will guide you incase of any changes. Kindly abide by the society norms.

18. Smoking is not allowed indoors, only on the balcony. Always use an ashtray and do not throw the buds anywhere in or around the premises. Cleaning Fine of INR 2,000/- is applicable for non-compliance.
19. For booking over 28 days, we charge extra for electricity : 5 rupee per unit as per consumption
20. We recommend our guests to shut the windows and doors from 6 to 8 pm to avoid mosquitoes getting in the property. Or let our staff do that if not around.

> Pets are allowed at 500 rs per pet per night. Incase the pet fee has already been charged, the balance amount can be adjusted at checkout
>Don't take the property's belongings outside the premises.

>Please don't rearrange the furniture.
>Take care of the furnishings. Make sure there are no marks left. To avoid the same we suggest guests don't eat and drink in the rooms and always use coasters.
>Please switch off the electricity when not in use. Save Electricity!
>Please don't smoke indoors & always use an ashtray. Do not throw the buds anywhere in or around the premises.
>There are two parking spots for our guests. Make sure the cars are parked alongside keeping space for others as well.
>Use a trash can to dispose waste. Do not litter in and around the premises.
>For booking over 28 days, we charge extra for electricity : 7 rupee per unit as per consumption
> Breakfast - not included
>Housekeeping and dishwashing will be done everyday. Linens to be changed once in 3 days.
