The Space
Designed for relaxed living, this airy 2BHK apartment is filled with natural light and modern comforts. It features two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a private balcony and outdoor seating—ideal for unwinding with fresh air and quiet moments. One bedroom also comes with an attached washroom and premium linens for added comfort.

The living room is cozy and welcoming, complete with a plush sofa and TV, seamlessly connected to a dining area for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, along with a fully automatic washing machine—making it ideal for short stays, extended stays, and workations.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment, along with outdoor amenities located just outside the property.

Things to Note

The property is Vastu-compliant and has been professionally verified by a certified consultant.
Mopa Airport is approximately 50 minutes away, while Dabolim Airport is about 30 minutes away.
The nearest bus stop is at GMC, with Kadamba Bus Stand (Panjim) being the closest major transit point.
You can book local transport via the GoaMiles app, or we can arrange pick-up and drop services at an additional cost with prior notice.
House rules will be shared post-booking for your reference.

Policies (Mirashya Homes)

1. Tariff
Rates include room rent and taxes. Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.

2. Extra Occupants & Visitors

Extra occupant charge: INR 1000 per person per night (includes mattress & linen).
Visitors allowed till 10 PM (ID required); post 10 PM, extra charges apply.
Maximum occupancy: 5 guests.

3. Children

Below 6 years: Complimentary
Above 6 years: Charged as an extra occupant

4. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out: INR 500/hour till 4 PM; post 4 PM, full-day charges apply.

5. Check-in Guidelines
Primary guest must be 18+. Valid government ID required for all guests.

6. Check-out Guidelines
Allow 15–20 minutes for inspection. Any dues must be cleared before departure.

7. Pets
Allowed at INR 500 per pet per night.

8. Conduct
Strictly no loud behavior, illegal activities, or prohibited items on the premises.

9. Damages
Any damages or missing items will be charged as per actuals.

10. Utilities
Power and water are generally stable; inverter backup supports essentials.
For stays over 28 days: Electricity charged at INR 7/unit.

11. Breakfast
Not included.

12. Payments
All additional services (groceries, chef, etc.) must be settled before check-out.

13. Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Please secure the property when stepping out.

14. Housekeeping

Complimentary once for stays of 2+ nights
Additional cleaning: INR 300 per session
Linen & towel replacement as per schedule; early changes at nominal charges

15. Kitchen Use
Guests are requested to arrange their own groceries and cooking essentials.

16. Smoking Policy
Allowed only on balconies. Indoor smoking incurs a fine of INR 2000.

17. Mosquito Advisory
Keep doors and windows closed between 6 PM – 8 PM to prevent mosquitoes.
