Tariff includes room rent, taxes, and complimentary breakfast with a cook on the first day; for remaining days, a cook is provided while groceries are charged at actual cost, and bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Extra occupants are charged INR 2,000 per person per night including mattress, linen, and breakfast; visitors must provide valid ID and are allowed until 10:00 PM, post which charges apply, with maximum occupancy limited to 18 guests.
Children aged 6 years and below stay free, while those above 6 years are charged the full extra occupant rate, and charges apply for more than two persons per room.
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM; early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and charged INR 2,000 per hour until 4:00 PM, beyond which a full day’s tariff applies.
The primary guest must be 18+ with a valid government photo ID at check-in, and a refundable security deposit of INR 15,000 in cash is collected at arrival and returned after inspection at departure.
Guests must allow 15–20 minutes for the check-out inspection, and any damages or additional service charges must be settled before leaving the property.
Pets are strictly not permitted on the premises.
Loud music, nuisance, illegal activities, gambling, contraband, weapons, explosives, drugs, prostitution, flammable items, and strong-smelling cooking are strictly prohibited within the villa.
Any breakage, loss, or missing items will be charged at actual cost and must be cleared prior to check-out.
Electricity and water supply are generally stable but subject to government outages; partial inverter backup (one light, one fan, and one plug point per room) is provided, and for stays over 28 days electricity is charged at INR 5 per unit as per consumption.
Completion of a pre-arrival form and agreement to rental terms is mandatory prior to arrival.
