The tariff is for the entire 3BHK villa.
Check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 11 am. Early check in at 11 am is subject to availability.
A valid Government ID or passport is mandatory at check in.
Balance payments must be cleared at the time of check in.
Extension beyond 11 am is subject to availability and chargeable at 1000 per hour or full day tariff.
Guests are responsible for their belongings and are requested to lock rooms when stepping out.
Taxi food or any additional service bills must be settled directly upon presentation.
Bed linens and towels are changed every third day and extra changes are chargeable at 350 per room.
Pets are not allowed.
Loud music and nuisance are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed inside rooms or near the pool and balconies may be used for smoking.
Pool access is permitted from 8 am to 8 pm and proper swimwear is mandatory.
Any damage or breakage will be chargeable as per actual cost.
Illegal activities hazardous goods drugs weapons and gambling are strictly prohibited.
The kitchen is available for use and groceries beyond basic items must be arranged by guests.
An extra bed is chargeable at 2000 per person.
For stays longer than 28 days electricity will be charged at 7 per unit as per consumption.
Management reserves the right to request guests to vacate in case of misconduct or rule violation.
