Loud music and parties are not allowed as the villa is in a residential area.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and around the pool. Balconies may be used for smoking.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Please lock rooms when leaving the villa.
Any damage or loss to the property will be charged as per actuals.
Pets are allowed at INR 500 per pet per night.
Extra bed is available at INR 2000 per person.
Pool access is available 24 hours.
Electricity is included for short stays. For stays longer than 28 days electricity is charged at INR 7 per unit.
Breakfast is provided for stays up to 4 nights only.
Bed linen and towels are changed every third day. Additional changes are chargeable.
