Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and allowed only on the balcony; a ₹4000 cleaning fine applies for violations.
Pets are allowed at ₹500 per pet per day.
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items and will be charged as per actuals.
Please lock the villa when stepping out as management is not responsible for lost belongings.
Pool is accessible 24x7; proper swimwear is required and only pool towels must be used.
Power backup supports limited essentials and long stays over 28 days will be charged ₹7 per unit for electricity.
Kitchen is available for use but groceries, oil and spices must be arranged by guests.
Chef service is available on request at ₹1200 per meal with 24 hours prior notice.
Housekeeping is provided for stays of 2+ nights; additional cleaning is chargeable at ₹500 per session.
Linen and towels are changed periodically and extra changes are chargeable.
Breakfast is not included in the stay.
Airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.
Management reserves the right to ask guests to vacate in case of rule violations.
