The tariff applies to the entire 3BHK villa for exclusive use.
Valid Government ID or passport is mandatory at check in.
Check in is at 1 PM and check out is at 11 AM. Early check in at 11 AM is subject to availability.
Extension beyond 11 AM is subject to availability at INR 1000 per hour or full day tariff.
Guests must settle taxi, food or any additional service bills upon presentation.
Bed linens and towels are changed every third day. Mid stay replacement is available at INR 350 per room.
Extra bed is available at INR 1000 per person.
Pets are allowed at INR 500 per pet per night.
Pool is common and open from 8 AM to 7 PM daily. Please follow society norms.
Loud music and nuisance are strictly not allowed as there are neighboring residences.
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and around the pool. Please use balconies for smoking.
Kitchen is available for guest use. Groceries, oil and spices must be arranged by guests.
Full power backup is available for fans, lights and AC.
For stays longer than 28 days electricity will be charged at INR 7 per unit based on consumption.
Guests are responsible for their belongings and any damage will be charged as per actuals.
Gambling, drugs, weapons, explosives and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
Painting work is currently ongoing in the society and scaffolding may be visible temporarily.
