Valid government ID is required at check in and remaining payments must be settled upon arrival.
Check in is at 1 PM and check out is at 11 AM. Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and additional charges.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to lock doors when stepping out.
Loud music and nuisance are not permitted as the villa is in a residential area.
Pets are allowed with prior intimation.
Pool access is from 8 AM to 8 PM and proper swimwear is mandatory.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa or around the pool and gym. Balconies may be used for smoking.
Any damage or breakage will be chargeable as per actual cost.
Hazardous items including drugs weapons explosives and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Linens and towels are changed every third day. Extra changes are chargeable.
For long stays electricity usage may be charged separately as per consumption.
Breakfast is self served and not provided for stays longer than five days.
The management reserves the right to request guests to vacate in case of misconduct or rule violations.
