The extension shall be given as per the availability @ 500/- per hour or one can pay the entire day’s tariff for a longer extension.

The bed linen and towels scan be changed on request in between & shall be chargeable @ 350/- per room (one bed sheet, two pillow covers, two hand towels and two towels)
Pets are allowed at 500 per pet per night.

Gambling, Contraband, Prostitution, Weapons, Explosives, Flammable Objects, Poison, Drugs & Pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in /around Pool and in the rooms. Please use Balconies for smoking.

There are two parking spots for our guests. Make sure the cars are parked alongside keeping space for others as well.
Use a trash can to dispose waste. Do not litter in and around the premises.
No illegal substances allowed.

Kindly note that a security deposit of INR 15000 will be collected upon check-in. This is a standard procedure to ensure the safety and upkeep of the property during your stay.
