House Rules :-
1. TARIFF - The tariff includes room rent, taxes .Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received at time of booking.
2. SETTLEMENT OF BILLS - Please settle all pending amounts/bills on presentation. eg. groceries, chef, tax, etc.
3. CHECK-IN GUIDELINES - Primary guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in. Please cooperate and present a valid photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) upon check-in, fill in the check-in form and clear balance booking amount; without these check-in would not be permitted.
Check-in: 2 PM, Check-out: 11 AM
4. DEPARTURE – Kindly inform the caretaker prior incase you wish to extend the stay beyond 11am. The extension shall be given as per the availability @ 1000/- per hour, or one can pay the entire day’s tariff for a longer extension.
5. GUEST’S BELONGINGS - Please take care of your belongings. Kindly lock the property before leaving the premises as management will not assume responsibility if something gets misplaced.
6. Inclusions – 4bhk air conditioned Villa, linens and towels, toiletries, kitchen - utensils, basic necessity items. Tea/Coffee refills and water. Pool access.
7. LINENS & TOWELS – Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day from the date of check in. There is a washing machine incase one needs to wash the towels. The bed linen and towels scan be changed on request in between & shall be chargeable @ 350/- per room (one bed sheet, two pillow covers, two hand towels and two towels)
8. Pet are allowed at an additional charges of 500/- per pet per day.
9. LOUD MUSIC – Not Allowed as there are neighbors around. We'd not want to be the cause of disturbance to anyone.
10. ELECTRICITY & WATER SUPPLY – The supply is generally consistent unless the Government cuts it off for maintenance work or an accident, for which management does not assume responsibility. Only 1 light, 1 fan and 1 power plug in each room & wi-fi are backed up by an inverter. For bookings over 28 days, an additional electricity charge of INR 7/- per unit as per consumption will be levied.
11. Villa AMENITIES – Kindly note the kitchen is available for our guest’s convenience, any eatables/Spices/Oil required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves. Extra bed is 2000/- per person after 8th guest.
12. HAZARDOUS GOODS – Gambling, Contraband, Prostitution, Weapons, Explosives, Flammable Objects, Poison, Drugs & Pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises.
13. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY – The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them or their group members. Any breakage or something missing shall be chargeable as per actuals. (Kindly ask the owners for the charges)
14. MISCONDUCT – Any misconduct, nuisance or loud behavior shall not be tolerated in the premises. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poison, drugs & pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises. Please do not take the property's belongings outside the premises. Please take care of the furnishings and ensure no marks are left by you. We request you do not eat and drink in the rooms and always use coasters. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please use a trash can, do not litter in and around the premises. Management reserves full right to ask the guest to vacate the space. We expect our guests to be respectful towards us, the caretaker and the space, and the same will be reciprocated. Quiet hours between 10PM -9AM as per government norms.
15. POOL- Private Swimming Pool is accessible 24x7, Always wear proper swimwear. Kindly use a pool towel and not your bath towel.
16. Breakfast is not included.
If you wish to rent a chef, please inform us 24 hours prior, Chef Charge @ INR 3000/- per meal and you can order groceries online via Swiggy App Instamart / Blinkit. Please coordinate with the supervisor/caretaker/guest relations for the same.
17. Smoking is not allowed indoors, only on the balcony. Always use an ashtray and do not throw the buds anywhere in or around the premises. Cleaning Fine of INR 4,000/- is applicable for non-compliance.
18. For bookings over 28 days, an additional electricity charge of INR 7/- per unit as per consumption will be levied.
19. EARLY CHECK-IN, LATE CHECK-OUT - Check-in Time: 2:00 PM, Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. The extension permitted based on availability @ INR 1000/- per hour for Villas till 4 PM. After 4 PM, we will charge full day. Exception INR 2000/- per hour for Luxury Villas till 4 PM.
20. CHECK-OUT GUIDELINES - Please allow 15-20 minutes for our team to conduct the check-out process. Payment for damages or additional services must be settled before check-out.
21. EQUIPPED KITCHEN – Any eatables/spices/oil required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves.
22. Please shut the windows and doors from 6PM to 8PM to avoid mosquitoes, or ask our staff to do that for you.
23. Children's Policy -Children (5 years & below): No additional charge. Children (6 years & above) and Adults: INR 2000/- per person per night. Extra occupant charges apply for individuals exceeding 8 Pax . Maximum occupancy is 10 person.
24. EXTRA OCCUPANTS & VISITORS - Extra Occupant charge @ INR 2000/- per person per night after 8th guest, this includes an extra mattress and linen set. Visitors need to provide their ID card to enter the premises and can visit till 10 PM for free, post 10 PM the extra occupant charge is applicable.
25. HOUSEKEEPING - Housekeeping services are available for 2+ nights stay and one time only between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you require additional cleaning, a charge of INR 500/- per cleaning would apply. Linen and fresh towels are available for change every alternate day. Any fresh changes before that, have following charges New Bath Towel/Pool Towel - INR 50/-, Hand Towel - INR 30/-, Floor Mat - INR 30/-, Bedsheet - INR 100/-, Duvet Cover - INR 100/-.
