    Child Policy: Children up to 6 years stay free without an extra bed. Children aged 7–12 years are chargeable at ₹1000 per child. Children 7 years and above are chargeable.

    ID Proof: Accepted IDs include Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, and Government-issued ID. PAN card is not accepted.

    Visitors: Outside visitors are not allowed.

    Food & Kitchen: Outside food is allowed at no extra charge, subject to proper waste disposal. Self-use kitchen is available only if the ground floor villa is booked. Guests are requested to segregate food and plastic waste.

    Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside rooms or common areas. Smoking is permitted only in the parking area near the pool.

    Pool Rules: Only synthetic materials are allowed in the pool.

    Pets: Pets are not allowed within the property premises.
