The property has four bedrooms with attached washroom, AC and queen size beds and all are on ground floor.
One family room is there which has two king size beds with an attached washroom, TV and AC.
Property has open living space with a pool view, TV and sofa.
Proper 12 seater open dining area with pool view.
Swimming Pool enough big for up to 10 to 12 guests at a time with a kids pool. Size 12x20ft and depth 4 to 4.5ft. Pool deck with 2 sun loungers.

It's a private bungalow with 5 independent rooms more of a resort type but it's completely private to guests. Accessible to the complete property other than the kitchen. Guests can access the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
Other things to note
The property is slightly off the main road, but vehicles can reach the entrance. GPS may suggest a left turn near the Maruti Suzuki showroom before Alibag—please ignore it. For easier access, take the next left from the HP petrol pump.
We have an inverter backup that can only run lights and fans for 1.5 to 2 hours under regular use in the event of an electrical blackout. Please be aware that no heating or cooling appliance device shall operate.
Property doesn't have private parking but has common parking space for 3 SUV.

Additional rules
1. Kitchen Usage: The kitchen is not available for guest use. For small cooking needs, our staff can assist. We also offer food packages; please discuss with the caretaker before arrival.
2. Pool Usage: The pool is available until 11:30 PM but not on the morning of checkout. It requires at least 8 hours for filtration and preparation for new guests.
3. Noise Policy: Speakers are not allowed after 10 PM per local norms. Silent music is permitted, provided the sound does not travel outside.
4. Security Deposit: A security deposit of ₹2000 is required upon arrival and will be refunded at checkout, subject to property inspection.
5. Strict check-in and checkout time (Flexible as per availability). If checkout is done after 11:15 am then ₹2,000 will be charged as late check-out fee. And if done after 12:00 pm then the complete day price will be charged.
6. A physical or digital copy of an ID card is mandatory for all guests staying at the property during the booking dates.
