- A refundable security deposit of Rs. 8000 will be collected at the time of check- in.
- This villa is located in a gated community. Hence, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property.
- Late checkouts and early check-ins are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are staying.
- Linen (bed linen and towels) will be changed every 2 days.
- Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 PM, hence we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property.
- We have a chef on call available for meal preparations with additional charges.
