The property has six spacious bedrooms with attached washroom, AC, and king size beds and these all are on the ground floor.
One family room has two king size beds with an attached washroom and AC. Property has a spacious open living space with a lawn view, TV, 10 seater sofa, sub-soccer, dining table for 12 guests and few games. Swimming Pool is not that big but is enough for up to 10 guests at a time with no kids' pool. Size 14x21ft and depth 4 to 4.5ft. Pool deck with 3 sun loungers. Lawn area is there with a bonfire(extra cost).Ample parking space. Property is near Awas beach just at a walkable distance of 1km and 4km from Mandwa jetty. Main city Alibag is approx. 16km from the property. Swiggy or Zomato do not work in Alibag. Complete meals package options available at the property.
Access
Accessible to the complete property other than the kitchen. Guests can access the kitchen for reheating purposes only or can ask the caretaker for any such help.
Other things to note
We have an inverter backup that can only run lights and fans for 1.5 to 2 hours under regular use in the event of an electrical blackout. Please be aware that no heating or cooling appliance device shall operate.

Additional rules
1. Kitchen Usage: The kitchen is not available for guest use. For small cooking needs, our staff can assist. We also offer food packages; please discuss with the caretaker before arrival.
2. Pool Usage: The pool is available until 11:30 PM but not on the morning of checkout. It requires at least 8 hours for filtration and preparation for new guests.
3. Noise Policy: Speakers are not allowed after 10 PM per local norms. Silent music is permitted, provided the sound does not travel outside.
4. Security Deposit: A security deposit of ₹2000 is required upon arrival and will be refunded at checkout, subject to property inspection.
5. Strict check-in and checkout time (Flexible as per availability). If checkout is done after 11:15 am then ₹2,000 will be charged as late check-out fee. And if done after 12:00 pm then the complete day price will be charged.
6. A physical or digital copy of an ID card is mandatory for all guests staying at the property during the booking dates.
