Earthy, airy, spacious residence built in exposed brick makes it homely and a peaceful space. The place has 1 bedroom with open kitchen, detached washroom and a private terrace sitout.
Other things to note
• If required, extra mattress will be provided for the 3rd guest.
• Maximum 1 visitor allowed for max 3 hour duration. No visitor allowed after 8 pm, visitors found staying after 8 pm will be penalised @ Rs 750 per head
• Parking to be done adjacent to house only on pavement and not towards the neighbors side/the other side of the road
• House help in kitchen available (extra charges)
• Electric heater and Iron to be put in 16 Amp socket only, please see for the markings on switch
• No smoking inside the room, only on terrace
• 1 child below age of 6 years will be allowed free, 6 years and above shall be charged as adult
