Our sea-facing rustic 1BHK penthouse is a dream come true — designed with love by me and my husband. Overlooking the serene Palolem coast, it offers breathtaking island and sunset views. Every corner blends raw wood, earthy tones, and personal touches. Our Rustic themed sea/island facing 1BHK penthouse showcases charm and luxury; offering you the best of both worlds - convenience and calm. Palolem /patnem beach are at a distance of 1.5 - 2kms (About 20 mins walk)
Bedroom is located upstairs with a washroom conveniently placed on the lower level.
The building sits atop a small hill, about 100 meters above the surrounding area - thereby offering you a stunning sea view. It's easily accessible by car or scooter, but the climb might be challenging for those who prefer to walk.
Shops & Restaurants are 5 mins away so you are close to everything while enjoying true peace and quiet. The balcony is a perfect place to sit & appreciate one of the best sunsets.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities, cutlery and basic spices that will help you whip up a feast. Guest are welcomed with a kit that includes snacks/tea/coffee.

Though Palolem is a peaceful village but as an extra precaution this gated society has a 24*7 security service and surveillance cameras to ensure people's safety.

Other things to note
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is allowed in Balconies (indoors prohibited) ; kindly use ashtrays to keep the area clean

Garbage Segregation:
We encourage guest to segregate their waste into wet/dry

Swimming Pool:
There is a shared swimming pool in the complex. The timings for using the swimming pools are 7 am - 9 pm. Proper swimwear attire is mandatory for entering the pool.

Illegal Activities:
Illegal activities (Drugs/ Escort services or engaging in any activity against the Law) are strictly prohibited. For any guest found involved in the above-mentioned activities the Host / Society Security reserves the right to call the local police and register the complaint, this would also mean immediate suspension of stay without any refund

⚠️ For safety reasons, we request all guests travelling with infants and young children to take extra care and caution near the pool area and balconies of all the spaces. This is the parent’s responsibility for the duration of their stay.
