Refbook is Solis Nature's official customer referral program that rewards existing guests for referring their friends and family to Solis Nature.

If someone you refer completes their first booking and successfully checks in, you'll receive cashback directly in your bank account. There are no points to redeem or coupons to collect. It's a simple way of thanking guests who help more travellers discover memorable stays with Solis Nature.

How Does Refbook Work?

Getting started is easy.

Step 1: Complete a Successful Stay

Book and complete at least one stay through Solis Nature. Once your stay is completed, you automatically become eligible to refer others.

Step 2: Refer Your Friends & Family

Recommend Solis Nature to your friends, family or colleagues whenever they're planning their next getaway.

Step 3: They Make Their First Booking

Your referred guest simply needs to mention your name and registered mobile number during their very first interaction with the Solis Nature team before making a booking.

Step 4: They Complete Their Stay

Once the referred guest successfully checks in and completes their stay, your referral becomes eligible for cashback.

Step 5: Receive Your Cashback

Your cashback will be transferred directly to your bank account within 7–14 working days after the referred guest successfully checks in.

A Few Important Things to Know

To ensure the program remains fair and transparent for everyone, the following terms apply:

Refbook is applicable only for new Solis Nature customers.
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
The same mobile number, email address, payment method or device cannot reasonably be used by both the referrer and the referred guest.
Only one referrer can be associated with a booking.
Referral details cannot be changed after the booking has been confirmed.
Cancelled, refunded or no-show bookings are not eligible for cashback.
Solis Nature reserves the right to reject fraudulent or suspicious referrals.
Cashback will be processed within 7–14 working days after the referred guest successfully checks in.
Maximum cashback is ₹5,000 per successful booking.
Cashback is applicable only on the first booking made by a new guest.
