The space - The villa features four luxurious bedrooms, with 3 en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are designed to offer maximum comfort and relaxation, with comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and elegant decor. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. The living and dining areas of the villa are spacious and open, with plenty of natural light and ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The highlight of this villa is undoubtedly the private pool, which is the perfect place to cool off on a hot day or just relax and soak up the sun.

Some things to note:
- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed in the property
- There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours.
- This villa is located in a gated community. Hence, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property.
- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
- Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily, they will be chargeable.
- Breakfast cooking is included in the stay. Groceries will be charged at actuals. For additional meals, we can provide Chef On Call on a chargeable basis.
