- All 2 bedrooms have 2 AC, wardrobe and double bed.
-Personal gardens are attached with the rooms
- One room has a pool view and another one has a garden view
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms and extra mattresses can be provided upon request.
- Total bedding for 13 people can pe provided comfortably

EXTRAS

The lawn has seating arrangement for 25-30 people, and can host up to 70 people.
- Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice.

- A big lawn is provided for any types of sports activities like cricket, football, badminton , archery etc.

- Please respect the checkout time .Late checkout without prior approval will be charged at INR2000 per hour
-Pets are allowed but are not allowed on sofas or beds.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
