Q: What time is check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. If you need an early check-in, we'll do our best to accommodate, but it depends on the villa’s availability and may include an extra charge.

Q: What time is check-out?
A: Our check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is based on availability and may include an extra charge. If you need to store your luggage after check-out, please get in touch with us.

Q: Is there housekeeping?
A: Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every two days at your convenience. To respect your privacy, please let the caretaker know when you'd like your villa to be cleaned. Housekeeping timings are between 10AM - 2PM or 4PM - 7PM.

Q: What is the maximum occupancy for the villa?
A: The villa is designed for 4 guests, but can accommodate up to 7 guests. Extra guests will be charged INR 800 per night, per person.

Q: Is Breakfast included in the stay?
A: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. We have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal with essentials like Gas stove, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. Also, Swiggy and Zomato delivers till late at night.

Q: How can I arrange for Groceries and Alcohol?
A: Swiggy Instamart is operational in the area, and you can get groceries delivered to the apartment. The closest shop to buy groceries & alcohol is barely 100 meters or 3 mins walking distance from the villa.

Q: What are the pool timings?
A: Pool timings are from 7.30AM - 7.30PM, post which the pool gets cleaned everyday, making it unusable for a few hours.

Q: What is the location of the villa?
A: We are in a beautiful and peaceful village called Nagva in saligao, North Goa. Our home is just 800 meters off the bustling Calangute–Mapusa main road. Calangute, Candolim beaches are 8-12 mins away and Anjuna/Vagator is 6 kms away! Mopa airport (new airport) is 35-40 mins away and Dabolim airport is 45 mins away. This peaceful location offers the best of both worlds—serene village charm with easy access to North Goa’s popular spots.

Q: Is there Parking available ?
A:Open, private parking is available exclusively for guests.
- Parking can accommodate up to 6-8 cars and a few two-wheelers, on a first-come basis.
- The last 100m road leading to the villa is slightly narrow, but easily navigable by all vehicles, including SUV’s.
It's a humble request to follow the house rules to have a peaceful stay.
- We love music, however, we love our neighbours’ privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm.
- The caretaker would be available in case of any issues but we do have to respect their working hours (9 am to 6pm) as well.
- Number of occupants are to be strictly followed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience.
- In case of a power cut, there is generator back-up which enables fans and lights for 8-10 hours. Major power cuts or government power failure is beyond our control.
