To maintain the property’s quality and ensure a smooth stay, a security deposit of ₹10,000 is collected at check-in. This amount is fully refundable provided the villa is left in good condition and house rules are followed. Visitors are welcome during the day; however, post 9 PM, additional charges apply. Extra guests are charged at ₹1,500 per adult and ₹1,000 per child. Charges are also applicable for BBQ, sheesha, and other extra services. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request with an additional fee.
