Additional rules
1. Refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is required upon check-in and will be returned after check-out, provided there are no damages or breaches of these house rules.
2. Guests aged 5 yrs and above will be charged according to the established tariff and food menu.
3. We take visitor charges fixed at 750 per head after the confirmed number of guests booked for.
4.. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is permitted on the balcony and in outdoor areas only. Violation of this rule will result in a penalty.
5. Please maintain reasonable noise levels. Loud music and excessive noise are not permitted after 10 PM.
6. Male staff accompanying guests (drivers, domestic help, etc.) are not permitted to stay inside the villa. We can assist in arranging accommodation and meals for them at a nearby budget guesthouse. Female staff are welcome to stay inside but will be counted as guests.
7. The number of guests must match the number stated in the booking. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if discrepancies are found.
8. This property is not suitable for all-male groups (stag parties). Bookings made by such groups will be subject to cancellation.
9. The kitchen closes at 10 PM, and our staff will retire at 10:30 PM. Guest access to the kitchen is restricted after this time, with the exception of families with young kids.
10. Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics or prostitution, will not be tolerated and will be reported to local authorities.

1. The safety and security of your pet is 100% your responsibility.
2. Please carry a “poop scooper” and “poop bags” to use during your stay. The staff will not clean up behind your pet.
3. Any damage caused by a pet will have to be reimbursed by you fully, before your leave.
4. Pets are NOT allowed on beds and sofas and pool. We have a pet bed, they can sleep on them.
5. Please carry all equipment and food for the pets. The team can arrange basic groceries for your pet at market cost, if need be.
