    Additional rules
    1. Pool Usage: The pool is available until 11:30 PM but not on the morning of checkout. It requires at least 8 hours for filtration and preparation for new guests.

    2. Noise Policy: Speakers or any loud music are not allowed here.

    3. Security Deposit: A security deposit of ₹2000 is required upon arrival and will be refunded at checkout, subject to property inspection.

    4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.

    5. Kitchen/Restaurant timing is 9am to 3pm and 5pm to 10pm. Please allow 40-45 minutes for food preparation, as all dishes are made fresh to order.

    6. Strict check-in and checkout time (Flexible as per availability). If checkout is done after 11:15 am then ₹2,000 will be charged as late check-out fee. And if done after 12:00 pm then the complete day price will be charged.

    7. A physical or digital copy of an ID card is mandatory for all guests staying at the property during the booking dates.
